Time for an update!

I would really like to share with you guys what I do throughout the week! :)

We basically have two types of days here. Monday, Wednesday and Friday are
"Church planting" days. These days involve us going out into the community, (we
have a certain area that we go to) and visiting with the people, establishing
relationships and such. We are getting more and more friends evryday! It's
really inspiring. I love the people here. We have made special friends with
Forking, whom i believe is 30. He is single, has no kids, but lives wiht his
mom and makes AMAZING juice and Empanada's. Empanadas are fried dough, with
meat or chicken inside. Super yummy! haha. We are definitly limiting ourselves
though, although it's hard to not eat them more than twice a week! haha.

Tuesday's and Thursday's are our internship days. Which translates into me
spending the afternoon with my Caballero's! (Gentlemen) I am interning at the
nursing home, which I love. There are about 15-20 people that stay at this
nursing home. We play dominos, draw, sing, and read. Tuesday I am bringing
them a special surprise... PINA! aka Pineapple! :)

Saturday mornings are when we clean our houses.. which get very dirty! haha,
no, not too bad. And then in the afternoon we do some sort of an outreach.
Tomorrow we are going to Guachupita (the slums) to pour some concrete for
a house there.

Emilia and I have been running in the mornings now. We wake up around 6, and
do about 2 miles. (Not all running, we haven't worked up to that yet!) I
really enjoy it!

Other than that, not much is going on here. Leah left this morning for the
US to go to her sisters wedding. It's weird without her here, and it's only
been a day!

Please keep me in your prayers when it comes to my stomach problems, and
learning to be a better servant for my team. Thank you all so much for
everything! I love you all and will hopefully see you soon... :)
