The view from¨Montacitos¨

Me and the darling Carlos... That was the only time he smiled, when i was dangling him upside down!

Our time in San Juan is getting better everyday. My spanish is improving (slowly, but surely) and we are learning to appreciate the little obnoxious children that SCREAM and QUACK outside of our house at all hours.

We are taking turns cooking, and doing the dishes. What a growing experiance hand washing dishes is, after always having a dishwasher! :)

One thing that is a delicacy here that we have grown to appreciate is... power. It flickers on and off throughout the day, and night. its never garunteed. actually, its almost garunteed that in the evening, around 7, when it gets really dark- there will be no power. or, when youre laying in bed and its almost 80 degrees, and all you want is a fan on. but no such luck!! haha.

We are learning about our internships and what they might be this semseter- we start them on tuesday. i will post more when i have made a decision :).

Thankyou allvery much for your prayers and support as im learning the ways of this foreign country, and falling in love with it more and more everyday. I love you all and miss you very much!
